The year is 1986. On the night of Loris’s graduation from the English Language School, he is betrayed and captured after trying to escape to the West. Charged with political motivation, Loris is sentenced. Torture, cynicism and physical violence turn the talented young man into an impassive and cold-blooded observer. As the Berlin wall is falling, Loris is granted an amnesty. Now free, Loris returns to the world as an alienated and indifferent man, seeking revenge for his ruined life.

Director Kiran Kolarov
Graduating ‘Acting’ at first, than ‘Film and TV Directing’ from NAFTA (National Academy of Film and Theater Art) in Sofia, Bulgaria, Kiran Kolarov has won several national film awards for his directing and writing. His film 'Status: Orderly' won the Golden Wheat-Ear in Valladolid in 1980.
